Pembina Pipeline's Drayton Valley office features 30,000 sq. ft. of office space over two storeys. Careful consideration was given to incorporating Pembina's branding into the various design elements of the project. The project features a large flexible community hall area off of the reception and 28,000 sq. ft. shop/ warehouse which is currently under construction. Access to the office areas, lunch room, outdoor space, town hall, shop/ warehouse building, and the fitness centre are all organized off the main reception, gathering area and community hall.
