At 22,000 sq. ft., this recreation and business facility required the coordination of a larger-than-average ownership team. With the goal of upgrading the amenity spaces of Windsor Park Plaza’s 28-storey high-rise towers, RK delivered a seamless design that included special features like a movie theatre, a games room, an indoor swimming pool complete with change facilities, a fitness centre, hall rental space, conference centre, and a cyber café. As a response to the end-user’s desire of attracting potential renters, RK also managed construction under an aggressive time schedule, all while maintaining the historical aspects of these buildings, including a wall mural using photos of the area taken in the 1960’s.
