Riddell Kurczaba, in association with Gensler, delivered ENMAX Place, a 320,000 sq. ft. corporate headquarters and operations centre for ENMAX, consolidating numerous business units and functions from around Calgary into a single, multi-functional facility.
A comprehensive redevelopment of an existing building, ENMAX place features a significant face-lift to the original building envelope, major site improvements, as well as a complete interior renovation. Featuring open and closed office areas, break-out spaces, a fitness centre, a cafeteria, materials yard, and a garage/ loading dock, RK’s finished design received an unprecedented three Calgary BOMA awards, including Building of the Year – Corporate Facility, Building of the Year – Renovated Building, and a prestigious Earth Award.
