The 7-storey, 101,350 sq. ft. Hotel Alma/ International House is the U of C’s innovative solution to its student residence and hotel accommodation needs. Centrally located, it provides a common ground where students, faculty, and visitors can converge.
The European-chic inspired hotel features a reception area and lobby; a convenience store; café, and hotel administration offices. Residence and hotel facilities take up the remaining six floors: 125 student bedroom comprise the second, third and fourth levels, while the hotel occupies the remaining top three levels, consisting of a mix of suites, rooms, and conference/ meeting rooms.
