Niha Prasad-Kroliczek, CPHR – Managing Principal of Business Development
Niha has been with Riddell Kurczaba for 20 years. She has been instrumental in fostering strategies and relationships that have led Riddell Kurczaba to some amazing people and projects. Her aspirational vision for the company continues to draw high-profile clients through our doors and help propel Riddell Kurczaba to greater heights of achievement.
Peter Schulz, Architect, AAA, AIBC, MRAIC, LEED® AP – Managing Principal of Architecture
Peter’s passion for architecture is multi-faceted, encompassing creativity, forward-thinking functionality, sustainability and wellness, technical innovation, and mentorship. Through 11 years with Riddell Kurczaba, Peter consistently brings his collaborative energy and spirit across all projects to find the right solutions for our clients while enriching the skills of our designers.
Paul Ketchabaw, CET, PMP – Managing Principal of Projects
Since joining Riddell Kurczaba in 2008, Paul has been highly influential in the firm’s development of its project management program and capabilities. His dedication to the application of sound project management principles, combined with his technical acumen and enthusiastic attitude, has led to dependably positive outcomes from Riddell Kurczaba’s project teams.
Nia Lefebvre, CPA, CGA – Chief Financial Officer
Nia is a recent addition—but familiar face—to the Riddell Kurczaba team, formally joining our ranks two years ago on the heels of serving as a consultant to our company for a period of time. Her extensive experience as a Certified Professional Accountant has proved valuable in helping breathe efficiencies into both internal and external business processes of our organization.
