junior interior designer

We are seeking a motivated and talented Junior Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in interior design principles, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating inspiring spaces. Under the guidance of our senior designers, the Junior Interior Designer will contribute to all stages of the design process, from conceptualization to execution, while gaining valuable hands-on experience and mentorship.
responsibilities include:
Assist senior designers in conceptualizing and developing design concepts that meet client objectives and project requirements.
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and site visits, actively contributing ideas and insights to design discussions.
Create detailed design drawings, mood boards, and presentations to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and team members.
Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and other external partners to source materials, furniture, and accessories that align with project specifications and budget constraints.
Support the project management team in coordinating project schedules, budgets, and timelines to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Conduct research on emerging design trends, materials, and technologies to stay informed and inspired.
Assist with administrative tasks such as maintaining project files, organizing samples, and updating design documentation.

Strong conceptual and spatial design skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate ideas into compelling visual presentations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.
Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
A passion for design and a desire to continuously learn and grow in the field of interior design.
education and experience:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field from an accredited institution.
1-2 years of relevant experience in an interior design firm or related environment.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp & Adobe Creative Suite.
