Riddell Kurczaba (RK) is looking for someone to lead and manage our Accounts Receivable cycle and assist the Chief Financial Officer with Month End duties, as well as various ad hoc projects.

responsibilities include:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Accounting team

  • Coordinate, manage, improve, and make efficient the entire Accounts Receivable cycle

  • Create all Invoices for our monthly billing cycle

  • Follow up on Client questions and requests for changes to their invoices

  • Follow up on aged Accounts Receivables

  • Assist the Controller with other projects as required

  • Provide vacation coverage for Reception

  • Improve and make efficient the Accounts Receivables cycle

qualifications include:

  • Proficiency in PC environment, with Windows and MS Office literacy, specifically Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel

  • Knowledge of Deltek Ajera cloud-based accounting and project management software preferred

  • Time management, critical thinking, and teamwork are a must

  • Excellent writing/ editing skills in English

  • Ability to execute multiple assignments within set timeframes

  • Ability to work responsibly within a team structure and resourcefully with minimal supervision

  • Exceptional attention to detail

education and experience:

  • Minimum one to two years of experience in a professional office environment working in Receivables preferred
